Welcome to BluBelle Designs. I am a retired elementary school teacher with a master's degree in education, a Bachelor's in Advertising / Marketing, and a passion for creating. I discovered the Glowforge Laser in early 2021. It allowed me to make an array of customized gifts by cutting and engraving a variety of materials- wood,  leather, acrylic, and even glass.

 

In 2022 I added the Thunder, a commercial-grade laser with a rotary attachment to engrave tumblers. This creative obsession has turned into a female-run business- BluBelle Designs named after our family's silver lab BluBelle who is always at my side.

My handmade products can be found all around the Richmond Area. BeeCharmed in Midlothian and Glen Allen, the Painted Tree in Midlothian, Glen Allen and Cary NC, and Beasties in Carytown. There you will find a large assortment of handmade earrings, Richmond-themed charcuterie boards, blank boards ready for your customization, and a variety of other custom gifts at every price point. My Richmond and Lakeside-themed products are available at REVEL Restaurant in Lakeside, VA.

One of my favorite things to make are earrings. I use cast acrylics, designer handmade papers, and beautiful Italian leathers which I source from a family-run business - La Garzarara in Italy. I love trying new techniques to make beautiful earrings that are lightweight and fun to wear. They are priced so you can own multiple styles and never feel guilty about buying another pair!

Another area I am focusing on is making personalized closing gifts for real estate agents. My Live Edge Acacia boards are handmade for me by Ashish Homes & Kitchens. I carry several styles and sizes which can all be custom engraved for your clients. Your logo can be added to the back if you wish. I also offer matching coasters, realtor key chains in leather, wood, or acrylic, front door signs, address signs, and other custom gifts.
